At PRIMALS, we are committed to building authentic and transparent partnerships with our affiliates. This policy outlines the expectations, approved methods, and guidelines that govern participation in the PRIMALS Affiliate Program.
1. Purpose
The PRIMALS Affiliate Program is designed to reward affiliates who actively drive new customers to our brand. We value authentic promotion and long-term partnership.
2. New Customer Policy
Affiliates are expected to focus on bringing in new customers to PRIMALS. Repeatedly targeting existing customers or redirecting already-converted traffic using your affiliate code is not the intent of the program and may result in commission review or account termination.
3. Approved Promotion Methods
Affiliates may promote PRIMALS through: personal social media content (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook), email newsletters to your own audience, and podcast mentions and storytelling content. For blog posts and written reviews on any public website or platform, content must be based on your own personal experience with the product — generic or fabricated reviews are not permitted. Please note that blog content featuring PRIMALS should not be made publicly available on any website.
4. Discount Code Policy
Your affiliate discount code is for sharing with your audience only. Do not post your code on coupon websites, deal forums, or discount aggregator sites. Do not share your code in public groups where existing PRIMALS customers are likely to use it. Violation of this policy may result in code deactivation and commission forfeiture.
5. Blog & Written Content Guidelines
Blog content featuring PRIMALS must be original and authentic. You must clearly disclose the affiliate relationship. Do not copy or republish PRIMALS product descriptions verbatim. Content must align with PRIMALS brand values: health, clean living, and toxin-free lifestyle.
6. Prohibited Activities
Posting affiliate codes on coupon or deal websites, bidding on PRIMALS branded keywords in paid ads without written permission, creating misleading or false claims about PRIMALS products, and self-purchasing using your own affiliate code.
7. Commission & Compliance
Affiliates found violating these guidelines will be subject to commission review and potential forfeiture, code deactivation, and removal from the PRIMALS Affiliate Program.
