At PRIMALS, your satisfaction is important to us. However, due to hygienic reasons and our commitment to reducing unnecessary carbon footprint from shipping, we do not accept returns unless the product is defective or damaged.

1. Defective or Damaged Products

    • If you receive a defective or damaged product, we’re happy to offer a replacement. Please note that the determination of a product’s defectiveness is at our discretion.
    • If you believe your item is defective or was damaged during shipping, please contact us at lauryn@primals.shop with your order details and photos of the product so we can assist you promptly.

2. PRIMALS Organic Cotton Boxers & Merino Wool Boxer Briefs Exchanges

    • Complimentary size exchanges for US customers are available within 10 days of delivery date. Please note, we only offer size exchanges for unopened PRIMALS Boxers & Boxer Briefs packets and we cannot offer exchanges for packets that have already been opened. The customer will be responsible for purchasing the return shipping label.
