How to check: If your current brush head clicks onto the metal drive shaft without twisting, your handle is compatible.

We recommend replacing your brush head every 1 to 3 months for optimal hygiene, or sooner if:

• Bristles appear frayed, bent, or worn
• Bristles are no longer soft and flexible
• You notice reduced cleaning effectiveness
• Bristle loss or split bristle bundles appear

• In your first few uses, a small number of bristles may naturally shed as the bamboo adjusts to your local humidity. This is completely normal and typically stops after 1 to 2 weeks of regular use. If excessive shedding occurs, contact us at lauryn@primals.shop.
• Leave a 0.5 to 1mm gap between the brush head and handle for proper vibration transfer. Do not force the head flush against the handle.
• Stand your toothbrush upright after each use for optimal drying to maximize the lifespan of each head.
• Horse bristles are already ultra-soft but can be softened even further by running under warm water before use.
• If bristles are flattening quickly, you may be brushing with too much force. Horse bristles are designed to flex with your gums, not scrape against them. Use gentle pressure.
